[s-cars] '95 S6 Remote locking - key damaged and/or inoperablesystem. Trouble shooting?

Since we are on the IR key subject, can anybody post the method or
reprogramming the IR key to the car. One of my IR key need
reprogramming but for some reason my 92 S4 owner manual does not have
this programming part in the manual. At one time, I copied the
manual from my friend's 95 S6 but somehow I cannot find that copy.

Thanks in advance
