[s-cars] Looking to order rear calipers at reasonable cost

Try SJM Auto.  $108 a piece for reman rear calipers.  IIRC, Chris
Semples reman calipers come with pads, but I can not remember the price.

I already sent an email off to him actually.  He's been a little slow
this week answering his emails though.  Two emails I sent earlier this
week to him enquiring about some other parts are still awaiting a reply.
