Tom et al,

To add to that, IIRC, the 92-94 100E was a minimalist C4 and came
standard with manual seats, steel wheels with hub caps, climate control
delete, sunroof delete, etc, etc...

  I think you want to look at A6's for the manual seat.  The manual
passenger seat is common, the driver side more rare.  My S6 had A6 power
seats in place of the Recaro seats and those comfort seats used the same
base sled as the recaro, so I think the hardware you need can be found
in one of those C4 body A6's that are so common in the salvage yards.
