[s-cars] Hydraulic Suspension

AFAIK it was only available as an option on the V8Q Lang, and MAYBE on
non-US V8Q's.  The non-US V8Q's also listed electric rear window blinds,
side window blinds, vacuum controlled headlights, Webasco heaters and
manual climate control as options. 
The Langs also had some exotic interiors that could be ordered.
