for what it's worth if you do come across another key, you can take them apart and swap the guts to your car key, pretty simple, then no need for extra bulk on key chain.
   
  I did this and it does work, however I cannot fully program the car, I can get it to lock and horn sounds but no further.  hmmm.  I followed the car manual's instructions which are the same as Charlies site.
