[s-cars] S-festers could use a FA on CD

My computer recently locked up, (spyware) and had the drive reformatted
. Unfortunately lost my FA I had installed on the computer, Now I cannot
find the CD to reinstall it. The copy I had was a nice easy install,
just put the CD in and it installed itself. I had an older version
(Windows 98) before that you had to copy files, which wasn't as nice.

There is a recent version of the USA Family Album sitting on
an anonymous FTP server.  Please do downloads in the late
evening (EDT).

Here's the info -

This is FA version 6.30 for the US.  This goes through the 2005 model 
year.  This version has the capability to download updates through 
the internet if one has a userid and password.  

If anyone has a userid / password for updates that works, please
let me know.


The latest Euro FA that I have is version 6.02 which only goes through 
the 2002 models.  If you got a Euro version from Pedro Faria,
what version is it?

A CD image of the unlocked FA 6.30 is on ns2.elektro.com and available 
via anonymous FTP.  Log in as anonymous, use your email address as 
the password.  Then do this:

cd audi
bin
ls -l

    [  you will see:  ]
-rw-r--r--    540815360 Jun 10 01:41 etka.usa.630
-rw-r--r--    388112124 Jun 10 22:20 etka.usa.630.gz

download one of them:

get etka.usa.630   

    [  OR, if you have gzip use the next one  ]
get etka.usa.630.gz

quit

If you do this from a DSL or cable system with plenty of bandwidth,
please time the download.  I think the system they are on has a 
pretty good upload bandwidth and I'm interested in how long a transfer
takes.  Please let me know which one you timed.
