[s-cars] external temp readout

S-Heads,

My somewhat recently acquired 93 S4 came sans ext. temp readout (ie,
there is just a hole where it should be in the instrument cluster).
My guess is the light blew out on it and some PO took it off with the
intention of fixing it and never put it back in.

Sooooooo, if anyone has an extra that they are ready to part with in
exchange for VT beer or $$$ and is going to s-fest, let me know and
bring it along!  I don't care if the bulb is blown, we have the
technology to replace it.
