The title on the page is misleading.
It says "Repairing seized rear caliper pins", but the procedure listed
and the pictures show you how to check and lube the parking brake
cam. If this cam doesn't turn, the parking brake doesn't work, and
the front and rear brake may feel weak because the cam is used to
pretension rear brake pads. Stuck cam means more rear brake piston
travel is needed to apply the rear brake, and I think this may also
affect the performance of the front brakes.
