Thanks Bill. Found it on the FA and it is called a Pressure Regulating
Valve. Part number on version 6 of the FA is 034 129 101 A.
Regards,
Mark

"I just went out and looked as I suspect I too have issues with the PCV. Is
that the one that is tucked above and behind the cruise control bellows and
right up under the Intake manifold? If so, how the #*&$ did you get to it?
There is another black cylinder right next to the CC bellows that too looks
like it is part of the intake tract. Has 3 or 4 inlets/outlets from my
quick glance. Any idea what that may be? Perhaps a part number on the PCV
so I might find it in the FA?"
Mark,
Follow the hose/pipe from top back of valve cover around back of motor to
the lower drivers side. It is connected to the pcv or what dealer ($30+/-)
calls a "pressure valve" IIRC. And yes it is under the IM. It is made of
black plastic and only has two connecting points. It kind of resembles a by
pass valve. It uses crimp on clamps that I replaced with screw on hose
clamps.
My own old one was leaking oil at the seam, made quite a nice mess and I
believe had the emissions system running amuck.
Sorry I don't have the part # handy.
