[s-cars] Switched Power for V1

When I was poking around the sunroof area looking for switched power for my
compass mirror, I discovered that the 12v power to the sunroof is not
switched and is constant; I think this is so the sunroof can be closed with
the ignition off. The 12v feeding the dome light is not switched either. I
think I did find switched power there, but it was a reduced voltage, less
than 6v IIRC.

Also, I broke the plastic tabs off the panel and had to do some repairs with
some epoxy. If you do take this off, the plastic tabs are at the rear and
you must release the front metal clips first, then angle the front down,
then pull out the rear.

I ended up doing as Chris mentioned and ran it from the fuse block under the
driver's knee panel, up the a-pillar and along the windshield header.

I was thinking that something could be picked up by the sunroof/light
