[s-cars] Group Buy S4/S6 Badges... Anyone?

Ok,  Just to be sure- are these just like the original urS4 emblems (ie the
front has the studs/nuts/backing plate) or are these really from the early
2000 S4's that must be zip tied to the front grille ?
