[s-cars] Whooshing Around

Hi All!
I replaced the hydraulic hose from the pump to the
rack with one from Seattle House of Hose. My
experience with them was great. Very quick
turnaround, great customer service, great price.
Since I've put the hose in, I have a whooshing sound,
especially at idle. Holy Hydraulics! It sounds like
the Batmobile!
Everything else works great... no leaks, steers OK. I
tried tweaking the path of the hose to avoid touching
anything, but that didn't seem to be the problem.
Maybe I need to flush system to get rid of air?
Although I though that was not an issue. I turned the
wheels each way a few times and added additional
Pentosin to bring it up to the proper level as the
engine idled. Is there any reason for me to
completely empty and flush?
Maybe I just have to get used to it. Has anyone else
had the same experience? I was under the impression
that there is some kind of restrictor thing in the
hose that came out of my original hose... perhaps it
wasn't put in.
Thanks in advance.
