You pretty much have everything, but add:

- crank seal
- cam seal
- t-stat
- crank bolt
- coolant

Tools
- 3256 crank lock
- 2079 plus breaker bar to remove crank bolt
- 2079 plus 250 lb torque wrench or 350 lb-ft without to install
- if you don't have the 2079, then a 27mm socket with 3/4 drive breaker bar 
and cheater pipe is recommended.
