[s-cars] audi head unit upgrades

The Concert 2 upgrade can be done on the 1995.5 and up cars and there is a
writeup on audiworld. I unfortunately have on of the earlier 1995 s6's which
cannot be upgraded by that method and would also like to ask if anyone has
successfully performed a head unit upgrade on these earlier cars.
