[s-cars] rs2 caliper bracket bolt dimensions

So a lot of people should be receiving their RS2 brackets soon.  I 
suppose I should ask for the dimensions of all the necessary bolts 
before I buy the set from Darin.  Sorry, my ETKA is US only...so sad.

And no comments from the peanut gallery about the size of my current 
bolts and how it might affect sensitivity.  Nor anything about using 
blue loctite for "her pleasure."
