[s-cars] 95 S6 "sputter" Diagnosed

I finally had the time to make a test plug and pressure test the  intake.
And the winner is.........
 
The top of the inter-cooler is leaking. Can't see it, but the stethescope  
confirms it's not the hose.
Let me guess - NLA, Unobtainium, and or dealer only gazilion  megabucks!?!?!?
Options? 
 
Anticipating some responses - FMIC is not an option for me right now. Any  
FMIC listers have a good spare IC they'd part with? Looks like replacement  is a 
real nightmare for access. Does inner fender removal reveal the  top?
