[s-cars] Sources and typical costs for BBK calipers

Thanks for the tip on Benson Motors Sean - I saw someone on AW wrote
about Bensco, but at the time I couldn't find any other references to
them.... Hoog23 wrote that he got Boxter S calipers (996 I believe) at
Brandywine in PA - $325 each.  Mike chimed in with $800 per pair at
Pelican for the 928 big blacks.  I and perhaps others thank you all for
the price points and additional choices!
