no, you just replace the whole thing. a new afterrun coolant pump is
about $100, and takes about 5 minutes to change. common failure, but
fortunately, it's easy and cheap to fix.
the pump has plastic nipples that eventually crack, either from age
or overtightening hose clamps. they're not easily repairable.
