What tester kit should I get that have adapter for Audi and BMW?

I have air compressor, so it doesn't have to be manual.

I don't want to make my own :)

I found:

which looks like quality item, but have no idea where to buy. And I don't want to spend ton's of money ether.

I checked out one at Autozone, but they don't have threaded adapters.
