[s-cars] Octane MTM+1

i have, and it works.  i'm lazy, though, so i don't do this often.
easier to get 100 octane at the pump (local 76 sells it).

spiking the fuel with toluene is common practice.  the last time i
bought a 2-gallon can at sherwin williams, the guy asked me if i was
going to put it in my car.  he said he gets a lot of GMC syclone and
buick GN guys buying toluene.
