[s-cars] ur-S4 high load misfire

earlier this week, at 6k rpm at WOT in 2nd gear, i got a big lurch
that felt like a misfire.  however, it hasn't returned.  i wonder if
one of the coils (stock as far as i know) is failing.  maybe it was
just bad gas.
