[s-cars] abs purge procedure

Your numbers for the Porsche calipers are correct, but not the G60.  I
just measured one and came up with 45 and 40 mm.  That works out to
about 60.2 mm as a single piston.

So then all else being equal, the calipers have the same effective
piston 
area then ?

Still not 100% sure that the Girlings are 44 and 36mm .
