[s-cars] NAC - Paintless Dent Removal

I have a small dent in the quarter panel of my CQ.  I had the rear side 
panel off already to fix a speaker so I thought it would be a good time 
to get this dent fixed.

So far I called two places and was quoted $100 and $90 per panel.  So, I 
have one small dent that is fully accessable from behind and they still 
want to charge me full price.  There is no negotiating.  A guy with a 
hail storm damaged roof would pay the same as me.  WTF?

Anyone have any idea how this could be?
