[s-cars] Turbo Replacements

Actually with option #3 there you don't need a new EM w/ GT2871, though it's 
still a very good idea. I just  put a GT2871 on a '93 S4 a few weeks ago, 
fitment of the turbo was fine with stock manifold and downpipe.
