Actually, there would be less of a thermal problem doing what you stated, simply because the hot side of the RS2 is larger... flows better, and would retain less heat.

What if you were to hold the boost levels at the same as they were on the
K-24, i.e. swap nothing except the turbo while running the same old MTM 1+
software? Does this still present a problem for the burnt valve and/or
injectors? What is the approximate max duty cycle that the stock injector
sees with an MTM 1+ setup?

John, the requirement of the RS2 EM isn't due to fitment, it's to
