[s-cars] Stuck Spark Plugs

I have found that in instances like these, if you can't get them unstuck
trying your methods with no risk of breaking something, it is a cheap thing,
in the long run, to pay the mechanic. Just go in there and ask how much it
is to change spark plugs....it will probably be something ludicrous like
$100 but then he has to deal with anything that he breaks. I used to have
an '87 Trans Am that had different offset wheels front to back from the
factory. When I went in for my "free rotation" they had to dismount and
rebalance all the tires...kind of funny.

Subject: [s-cars] Stuck Spark Plugs
Hi Friends,
Last weekend I had the opportunity to do some work on my new to me, old
Mazda MPV van. Unfortunately I discovered at least 2 of the spark plugs are
really stuck. Its an alum head so I did not force the issue. My wrist
wrench said enough after a few back and forths so back in they went. They
received a liberal dose of liquid wrench but I have not tried it again
since. (gotta wait for some warmer weather).
Anybody have any tricks I should try? Im thinking I should try it with a
hot motor. If the plugs were not so shot id be tempted to leave it alone, I
don't need another can of worms!
Because it's an aluminum head so does this qualify as Audi content?
(By the way, the older 4x4 mazda vans are pretty nifty rigs. More truck
than minivan with lots of room they have a center diff lock which has come
in handy.)
Thanks
Aaron
