[s-cars] Mystery miss

Hey all, at the end of our trip the car developed an intermittent miss much like what a failing coild feels like. It will sometimes miss at idle and is definatly coming from cylinder 1. Otherwise the miss happens when load is put on the engine. I have change the coil pack, the POS, the spark plug, the spark plug boot and it is still missing the same. Any hints on what else this could be?
