[s-cars] '93 S4 Door Lock Weirdness

As of today, when I press "down" on the interior door lock switch the doors
unlock and when I press "up" the doors lock themselves (the reverse of what
it was yesterday).  Likewise, when I turn the key to the right to lock the
car, the alarm horn beeps and the doors unlock.  When I turn the key to the
left the doors lock.  Again, the opposite of what it was yesterday.  WTF?
Any BTDTs?
