[s-cars] Stromung Exhaust

Actually Jeff, I've seen Stromungs on S-cars that are pretty well centered.
Of course, it takes quite a bit of tweaking of the hangers to accomplish the
centering.

The 200 is offset more, that's why the comment.

Rather than do all of this adjustment on the exhaust system, why don't they
just offer longer tips?
