Thanks, I guess I will go with the Stabilus-Boge, 2 listers told me the
Meistersatz are longer than the orginal and a real beotch to install...
I was hoping the aftermarket ones might be a tad stronger, but I guess
in this case it's not worth it...

A few years ago one of mine (93 CAD) went on a very coooooollllllddddd
day.
The other one was ok, I replaced it with one from a wrecked car...

After this many years, and some of the cold spells we have had... I
think I would stay with them OEM's They don't own me nothing, and of
course NOW they will break.

I figure this might be a long shot in asking... but anyone have
experience with replacing sedan trunk stuts with Meistersatz or
Stabilus-Boge and if so which would you recommend? I want to replace my
trunk struts (shock), and there are two brands available: Meistersatz
and Stabilus-Boge. I think the Stabilus-Boge is OEM, it sure looks it.
