[s-cars] Trunk Shock/Strut (Meistersatz or Stabilus-Boge)

Don't know about the Meistersatz, but I replaced mine 5+ years ago with
Stabilus (sounds like they've merged with Boge now) Lift-O-Mats and
they're still going strong.
