[s-cars] Front brake research continues...

FWIW, I pieced together Bira System 3 for under 1,000.  Yes, I can 
confirm the setup clears the stock 16" FUCHS just fine  (they are on my 
car at this very moment).  I also have zero brake squeal, but I use 
stock pads with the counter balance weights.  I got the lines from Blau 
parts, the calipers on ebay, the brackets from bira and the rotors from 
ECS.  I did have to wait forever on the brackets (6 mos).  If I was to 
do it again now, I might grab the rotor rings for System 5 since they 
have them in stock, supposedly.  Like Evan said, if you can afford the 
Stoptech kit, go for it, but it doesn't fit under 16"s period.
