It is still related to front brakes - the mirror stuff is sort of a side issue.

I did not.  And you know, I thought of it, and then found myself not
knowing how to approach them over it.  I've never tried to set up a
group-buy before.  So I didn't ask.

I'd be willing to front a couple of folks the dough on my credit card
for extra pieces, just to help with shipping.  And I'd be willing to
take the time to ship the parts at cost to the folks who wanted them,
as long as they aren't expecting next-day service.  Any more than
about four extra folks and I'd be hesitant.  What's involved in
setting up a group buy?
