Question for you for a friend Andrew here's 95.5...

He says his windshield washer is inoperative but his headlight ones work
fine.  I figured a crack in the hard black plastic line that runs along
the fender, or a clog, however, he claims to not hear the pump running
when the lights are off, but can hear the pump when the headlights are
on and those are being squirted.

Any BTDT here?  Mine was the hard line crack, not motor, etc. related so
I'm useless to him (typical).
