[s-cars] Leaking "T" fitting P/N?

Hi fellow enthusiasts,

Ive got a leaky "T" fitting. 

It's the plastic T in the heater hose located between the engine and
firewall that contains a temp sensor.

 

Anybody know the part #?

How about the part # for the fitting that goes into the block in the same
general area?

 

Thanks - Im looking forward to this job but I think ill wait for the temp to
get above 10F.
