[s-cars] Leaking "T" fitting P/N?

This failed on the wife's S6 Avant last summer. She drove the car to a
friends and in a MIRACLE didn't toast the engine. Cheap and easy fix, don't
wait. In fact, the part is so cheap and such a catastrophic failure, buy
two and keep one the glove box.

trip. I recommend changing this sooner rather than leter.
T-piece: 4A0 819 497
Seal for temp sensor: N 903 168 02
Fitting on back of block: 034 121 143 E plus seal: N 900 351 03
