[s-cars] Update on 4A0 905 351 POS alternative

Alvin Labonite has posted on AudiWorld (in response to my post there) that
 the V6 315 POS units are available from FAP99 for US$99.  (That's four 18t
 coil packs).  He also posted a photo of the BERU version of the Hitachi POS   
that I saw at lunch.
