[s-cars] Which oil/oil filter for UrS4

While I am ceertainly no engineer I would have a hard time leaving an oil
filter on for 10K miles. IMO the filter is more important to change than
todays syn oils at 5K intervals. I have no data to back anything up but to
me skipping filter changes is not a wise practice to do. Especially on a
forced induction motor.
