[s-cars] Importing a car to Canada and DRLs. Please help.

When I installed my LLTEK HID's a while back I also disconnected the
DRL's, this effectively disables them, the resistor/connector cuts the
voltage to 8V instead of 12V, not good for HID's as Fred says... If you
want DRL's then all you have to do is bypass this resistor/connector...

Not sure about that Fred, I just pulled out the resistor wire and the
DRL's problem went away.
But I can look if I need to (have good electrical drawings)
