Ivan...
Benjamin Moore (I think) makes a professional/industrial 2 part epoxy floor
coating. I purchased it through a paint store, and rented the floor
surfacing machine right at the store. Buyer beware here as the "over the
counter" DIY epoxies are not the same quality as the real industrial
coatings. With what I used, you do 600sqft at a time, and there is a
significant drying time between coats. Give yourself the weekend. You
really need three people to do it right. My wife and I did it and ran out
of time, so we attempted to do one coat at twice the thickness and it just
doesn't come out as well. And believe me, if it says you have 30 minutes to
apply it, you have 30 minutes, not 31 (as I turn around and see the mixed
can smoking)!
If you can get it applied properly, it is an amazing floor coating. My
floor isn't show quality, but it is great just the same. Easily mop-able,
spills wipe right up, basically great. A couple of the listers have seen it
and I think would attest to its' benefits.
I can get you specifics on the product if you are serious. Good luck.

Subject: [s-cars] NAC: Garage floor
I know it's a good group to ask :)
Last time I did research on this topic - epoxy paint from ucoatit.com was
considered one of the best.
What's new this days?
I'm almost finished with all other garage aspects (light, heat/cool, in-wall
air line, tons of outlets) - need to order paint.
Also, where do I rent machine to sand by concrete floor? It's old and
instead of using acid I would rather sand it all to brake top layer.
Any advices appreciated.
Need to do this fast as I plan on changing S4 clutch using car lift :))
