you haven't gotten an answer to that yet?

look for a small hole on the inboard side of the caliper near the bottom.
it takes a 1/8 NPT male fitting.  that's where the brake hose attaches.
there may be a plug (plastic or metal) in there right now to keep the 
dirt out.
