[s-cars] heater flap motor R&R

Hey, all, just getting ready to replace the heater flap motor in my wife's car and wondered if there is anything special that I should know to make the job easier. A 1,2,3,4 list to get me going in the right direction would be great. I lost the email from one of you on this procedure and can't remember where to start, I think under the rain trey??
