Dave: As Tom Mullane suggested, one thing you can try is to relay your
fuel pump to the battery.  It adds in the order of 1.1 V to the input to
the fuel pump which should help.  The write-up (with photos) that I did
based on the relays that Sean D. and I added to our respective cars in

If that doesn't work, you probably have a fuel pump problem, i.e. its
dying.  The extra voltage may give it new life. Or kill it. In the
