[s-cars] Needed / WTB parts

Just gave away a front license plate holder, so this is not going to help
you, but the computer display, if you referring to the dot matrix that
displays the OK characters when all is well at start up,  I have been able
to correct that by re-soldering the solder points in the back of the display
cluster.  I did all I could find since I couldn't tell which one was bad.  A
bad ground is usually the cause of the display's malfunction.
