[s-cars] Hid's half done sort of...report

Another happy camper here enjoying HID's.

I installed them over the Christmas holidays.  Truly plug and play.  It took
me about 15 minutes per side, including 5 minutes of waiting for the glue to
dry.  Fantastic deal.  Best upgrade for the buck.
