[s-cars] fuel pump switch

Jerry,
I agree with Dave here regarding the need(or lack thereof) for this switch. 
If all systems are working properly, an S car should fire within 2 seconds 
of turning the key. My experience being -20F starts in Steamboat, CO. Car 
always fires right up, albeit slow cranking but always fires. Now if we were 
talking about my old 5000 TQ with CIS, that would be a different story!
