[s-cars] HID or 100W H1's

I have the euro lights... relayed with 100w highs, lows, and fogs.  Not very impressive, and not worth the money, as they are only a moderate improvement over stock.
 
The HIDs can be ordered with an H1 base, so yes... you can use them in those housings.

compare to using 100W lows and 130W highs with Blau relay harness? Also, will
