[s-cars] Sequential Turbocharging

Steve:  I think I saw the BMW sequential turbo thing on Top Gear.  I was
also thinking about this and how Toyota did that with the early 1990's
Supra.  I think one of the problems that would have to be over come is
getting space to locate the two turbos with out one of them being too
close to something that burns.  Maybe something small like a K04 for the
lead turbo and something bigger like a K27 (26??) for the upper end.
Software would be the second challenge.
