I just had the exterior of my Stromung DP and RS2 EM coated by SwainTech.
DP was $70, EM was around $185. Here is a link to my forum post.

Mark,
Swaintech is what I used on the outside of my header. Here is a link
describing the coating http://swaintech.com/header.html I think its the best
out there for external coatings. Jethot has a coating that works for the
inside of the header but I am looking for something better. I think swain
might also have a coating for the insde and will contact them soon. The
swain coatings are expensive so I can oly afford to do one part at a time.
The outside of the header is $250 alone.

How thick is the coating ?
Wondering just how much space it would occupy inside a otherwise nice and
smooth SS downpipe.

Hi Elijah,

Which coater and coating were you planning on using? I know some
places don't offer/recommend coating the inside. To me it makes sense
to keep the heat in the gas versus the metal, assuming no other reason
not to do it.
