[s-cars] Problem with 10 disc CD changer

Folks,
 
Yet another problem.. Wife changed 1 disk and she says that "may be she put it other way around"
any way.. After that everything was fine until she switched to that CD.
 
Now I can't even remobe cartridge. Changer completely silent.
 
What do I do now?
